Mail payments should be made with a money order. In-person orders are taken the Friday before payments are due from 5 to 7pm and on Saturday from 9:30am to 11:30am. In February the dates are the 12th and 13th, with additions made thru February 15th. Payment can be made at that time by cash, money order or food stamps.
