Angel Food works with over 5,000 host sites nationwide, and each has its own ordering deadlines and distribution times.  This allows each to work within its own volunteer schedule, office hours, and planning calendar.

For this reason, we are no longer posting a planning calendar on AngelFoodMinistries.com, as these dates are no longer consistent enough to provide reliable planning.

As a general rule of thumb, orders are taken through the first or second week of the month, and must be placed with your host site by their designated order deadline.  Distribution then occurs on or around the second, third or fourth Saturday of the month.  But once again, these dates vary by geographic region, month, and host site.
