Tilapia Fillets - Cooking Instructions
Remove the frozen fillets from package and quick thaw under cold running water, or place in refrigerator overnight. For microwave thawing, use oven's defrost setting (refer to user manual of microwave oven for details). Ingredients: * 4 Tilapia fillets * 4 Tbs Melted butter * 4 Tbs Lemon Juice * 1 Cup Dry seasoned stuffing * Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss stiffing mix with the melted butter an set aside. Wash and completely dry the tilapia fillets. Place Tilapia on a greased or buttered ovenproof platter. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and peper. Cover the filets with the buttered bread crumbs. Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15-20 minutes. |
